Here at GRC Physio, we are committed to ensuring that your data is protected. We will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”). What data we may ask from you? Full name, Gender, Address, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email Address.


What is this information used for? This information is used for processing you as a client and will be stored in a secure third party system (Cliniko). We may on occasions use your contact information to advertise offers and services with us unless you opt out. This can be done by emailing grcphysio@outlook.com

Terms and Conditions


Cancelling and/or re-scheduling non-discounted appointments require a 24-hour notice period. Should a client cancel their appointment with less than 24-hours prior to their appointment, they will be charged the full price of their appointment. A client will be able to re-schedule the appointment; however this will be subject to a 50% administration fee of the originally scheduled appointment cost if within the 24-hour time-period.



Cancelling and/or re-scheduling discounted appointments require a 72-hour notice period prior to the appointment. Failure to comply with this will result in the inability to cancel/reschedule the appointment and/or be reimbursed for the appointment.



Cancellations and administration fees will be billed separately to a client and these invoices will need to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will result in the client not being able to book and receive any further assessment and/or treatment with GRC Physio.


All deposits are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to an administration fee.
