What data we may ask from you? Full name, Gender, Address, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email Address.

What is this information used for? This information is used for processing you as a client and will be stored in a secure third party system (Cliniko). We may on occasions use your contact information to advertise offers and services with us unless you opt out. This can be done by emailing grcphysio@outlook.com

Cancellations and/or requests to reschedule appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or more will not incur a cancellation or rescheduling charge.

Any cancellation or rescheduling fees will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to settle the invoice within this period may result in the client being unable to book or receive further assessment and/or treatment with GRC Physio.

All deposits are non-refundable, and any refunds issued are subject to an administration fee.
